Inquire- A beautifully designed experience starts with a conversation. Fill out the contact form on our website to check availability for your desired services. We’ll then chat over the phone or meet for coffee to talk about your vision and what's important to you.
Make It Official - Once we’ve aligned on the details, we’ll finalize everything with a signed contract and secure your date with a retainer. Early booking is recommended, as our calendar fills quickly, especially during peak wedding seasons.
Design - As your event approaches, we fine-tune every detail of your experience. Whether it's choosing a backdrop, designing a photo template, or creating the perfect greeting for the audio guestbook, this stage is all about thoughtful customization. We make sure everything feels just right for your celebration.
Celebrate - On the day of your event, our team manages everything from setup to operation, ensuring a flawless experience. Your only task is to enjoy the moment while we capture the memories.

We require a $200 retainer fee (non-refundable) for all our services. The remaining balance is due 15 days before the event date.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule! We will do our best to accommodate a new date.
Once a cancellation is requested, the contract will be void and the retainer fee forfeited.

Of course! Rest assured, we are licensed and insured up to $2,000,000. We can also provide a copy of our insurance documentation for your venue.

All our services have travel included for up to 20 miles. Further distances will be billed on a case by case basis. We do not travel past 100 miles.

Short answer: Yes!
However, additional steps are required to protect our equipment from the elements. Houston weather is unpredictable!A backup covered location is needed in case of rain or if it is too windy.
A secured tent needs to be provided by the client.
There is a $300 outdoor fee if we provide the additional equipment.
We do not need to be near a power source.

We aim to arrive at least 1 hour before the hired time. This allows us to set up, test and be 100% ready before showtime!

While we strive to offer competitive pricing that reflects the quality and value of our booth experience, we don't engage in price matching with other companies.

All our photo booth and audio guest book services receive a custom USB and keepsake box! Every photo and message we captured will be stored inside. You will also receive the link to the galleries within 48 hours.
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive the USB in the mail.

Our booth space requires a minimum of 9’x9’ area and a minimum height of 8’ for our backdrops.
Ground must be leveled.
Wi-fi is not required but requested as a backup.

Yes! All of your photo templates can be fully customized to match your event’s style, colors, or theme. We’ll work with you to design something that feels personal and polished.

All our packages include a standard backdrop. The luxury flower walls are an upgrade but can also be rented without a photo booth. Please click here to see our selection!

An idle hour is a time slot when the photo booth is on-site but temporarily not in use. Usually used during dinner, speeches or the ceremony.
Idle hours are perfect if you'd like the photo booth set up before guests arrive, so everything is ready without disrupting the flow of your event.

A live gallery is a real-time online album where all event photos are instantly uploaded. Your guests can view, download, and share their memories as the night unfolds.
If you prefer privacy, we can set it up so that each guest can only see the photos they’ve taken, not the entire gallery.
